  • We shall sell to Customer and Customer shall purchase from us, Products subject to these Terms & Conditions, which appear in some or all of our price lists, product catalogues, quotations, sales orders and invoices.

  • We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, Product Descriptions and Specifications, so please check them (including your Privacy Policy and all other policies) from time to time as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changed items.

  Amendments
 
  • We reserve the right to add to or change any or all of these Terms and the Conditions of Sale at any time. It is your responsibility to refer to these Terms and the Conditions of Sale on accessing www.epasar.com Sites and Services.

  Confirmation of Orders
 
  • We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

  Cancellation of Orders
 
  • We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

  • We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

  Confidentiality of Transactions
 
  • We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidence.

  Delivery services
 
  • We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • The standard delivery term is dependent on product availability. We make our best effort to delivery to our customers as soon as the items are available. We try to ensure the delivery of your purchase on the agreed date but should there be any unforeseen circumstances, and we are not able to deliver on the agreed date, we are unable to guarantee a full refund.

  • Upon confirmation of your order, goods will be delivered within 7 working days. Please allow 30-45 days for the delivery of the Dry Cabinet.

  • Delivery is free if the value of the goods purchased is above S$50.00 and delivered within Singapore. A nominal sum of S$6.30 (inclusive GST) is charged for goods purchased below S$50.00 for delivery to any location within Singapore.

  • Delivery outside of Singapore will be charged in accordance with prevailing shipment rates and customers will be informed if an additional delivery charge is required.

  Exchange & Refunds
 
  • All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  Feedback
 
  • We welcome your feedback. Should you feel dissatisfied with any of our goods or services, please contact us.

  • Alternatively, customers may refer their complaints if they are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint. Complaints can be referred to here.

  Products
 
  • We reserve the right to revise and or discontinue any product. Revised products may differ in detail but shall have the same functionality and performance as that of the Products ordered.

  • All products displayed on this website are available while stocks last.

  Prices
 
  • Price and availability information is subject to change without prior notices. All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • The prices of our products do not include any import or export fee, duty, tariff, tax, GST or other charges. Any such charges will be shown in our invoices where applicable.

  • We have no obligation to deliver products until the price and any other applicable charges are received in full by us in the Singapore currency in which the price is quoted to Customer.
  • All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given except during monthly promotions.

  Payment Processing
 
  • We accept payment by Cash on Delivery, cheque, eNETS Credit (Visa and Mastercard), Internet banking through eNETS Debit (DBS, UOB, CITIBANK), eNETS Virtual Card and bank transfer through ATM (DBS,OCBC)

  • We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed. By working with eNETS, we work hard to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.

  Terms of Warranty
 
  • All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

  • To request warranty service, customer must call respective manufacturers within the warranty period as stipulated in the warranty cards.
