JOB TITLE Floral Designer
OVER ALL JOB OBJECTIVES Select floral and foliage necessary for arrangements. Plan arrangements according to client’s requirement or assist customer in selecting design pattern within price guidelines to ensure department profitability.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Trim materials and arrange bouquets or other items, care for plants.
  • Pack, wrap, date, and price completed arrangements.
  • Take customer orders directly, over the telephone, and by wire service. Quote correct prices for internet service products.
  • Order, receive, and unpack merchandise.
  • Display merchandise and keep displays and shelves full.
  • Care for plants and flowers.
  • Clean and maintain work area, equipment, display cases and shelves.
  • Help other floral department associates assist customers.
  • Complete knowledge of floral department and its products.
JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Secondary/ “O” Level Education
  • Previous floral design training is required with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related job.
  • Previous floral education and certification is required.
  • Independent
  • Ability to stand for a long hours
  • Manual dexterity to reach low/high storage areas and handle floral merchandise. Finger dexterity sufficient to design arrangements and handle delicate items.
  • Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

JOB TITLE Customer Service & Admin
OVER ALL JOB OBJECTIVES Provide excellent customer service. Respond promptly to and record details of customer enquiries. Handle and resolve issues raised by customers and record details of actions taken.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivered excellent level of customer service for PFSPL.
  • Develop and execute the plan to maintain good service standard and fill up identified service gaps of the Flower Shop.
  • Assigning Job Orders Arrange schedule to drivers and handle dispatch request
  • Provide training and coaching to junior customer service staffs on the operation aspects to ensure they work in accordance to the established procedure and process and overall in-charge of CS Team members and KPI.
  • Handled customer inquiries and resolved customer complaints in an efficiently and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance adhesive for all staff
  • Handle invoicing and prompt submission of reports to Account Dept.
  • Act as a trouble shooter of the Princ’s Flower Shop

  • Must be Computer literate ( Ms Words & Excel, Internet & E-mail)

  • Quick thinking & able to handle urgent job orders
  • Experience in plants display operations will be remunerated accordingly
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (An Advantage)
