1. How I know that my order has been received?
All order will receive a confirmation message from us. If you hear no news from us within two working hours. Please call us at (+65) 6766 7000, or fax us at (+65) 6769 7000, or e-mail us. For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.
2. What if I want to cancel my order?
For any reason, Customer can cancel his/her order. Order cancellation must be notified through email (flower@prince.com.sg). Order cannot be cancelled after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for delivery.

All information in the order form is encrypted to render it undecipherable to protect the personal data that you provide during your shopping process with Prince’s.
4. Is ‘Privacy’ an issue?
Prince’s assures its customers that the information given to us, such as your contact details, credit card details will be treated as confidential and will not disclose to any other parties including recipient of the order.
5. What if I am not satisfy with the quality of the item I choose?
Prince’s, at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. The purchaser or user assumes, without limitation, all risk for any loss or damage arising out of the use of this service.

Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours since the time of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price of the order. This is if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.

Order Status

1. How do I place an Online order?
After choosing the selection, click on the “Add To Cart” button, This will place your selection in the shopping cart and bring you to the add-on page. At this point you can continue shopping or proceed to the order form.
2. When is my credit card charged?
We will charge you credit card as soon as you’ve receive your order. Should there be any problems with the process, we will notify you as soon as possible via phone or e-mail to recommend a solution.
3. Will I need to pay any tax or GST or any additional charges (Delivery, handling ect) Online?

GST of 7% will be imposed for all items.

4. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
You may change the product to another of same or greater price if its production is not in process.
5. How and when do I cancel an order?
You may cancel the order if the product is not yet in production.
6. Are there any non-Online methods of placing my orders?

Payment, Promotion Codes and Redemption Points

1. What are the payment methods accepted by Prince’s?
We accept American Express, Diners, Visa, Masters and Bank Transfers.
2. Are credit card transactions Online safe?
Yes, this website is a secured website (SSL). For more information, please view our privacy Policy.
3. I have a promotion code, how do I use it Online?
You many use it Online by filling your promotion code values in the order page and applying it to your purchase. Please be advised that no other discounts are applicable with the promotion code and the promotion code does not entitled a user to redemption points.
4. Can I use a Prince’s Voucher for Online purchases?
You may use the Voucher for walk in purchases. The use of vouchers is not applicable for Online Purchases.
5. How do I obtain my Redemption Points?
You may obtain your redemption points by signing on as a member and purchasing any items. The redemption points gained may be used for any future purchases.

Redemption points used on our website allows you to enjoy a discount for your future purchases
9. How do I use my Redemption Points?
Firstly, you need to be a member to use your redemption points. To Sign up click here.

For Example, if you have 20 redemption points, and you order a 100 dollars product. You get a 5% discount (for being a member) and then you pay 20 dollars less. Thus you actually pay 75 dollars. A terrific discount!
10. Can I exchange Redemption Points for Cash?
No, you can’t but should someone you know wants to purchase a gift for his loved one, he can use your account and enjoy the discount.
11. Are there any expiry dates for my Redemption Points?
Redemption points are valid for one year.

The password can be retrieved or changed by clicking on the “Forget Password” link and filling up the form.

Delivery, Shipping and Returns

1. Are there any additional delivery, shipping and handling charge. Do I have to pay shipping & handling for each shipment on my order?

GST of 7% will be imposed for all items. However, We provide free deliveries for Flowers and Gifts .

The Recipient should not accept it. We will resend a new replacement at no cost.

There will be not be any discounts as delivery is done free of charge. However should you wish to collect after office hours (Except Fridays), there will not be an after office hours delivery surcharge.
