We aim to provide an efficient delivery service for all our customers. Please read the following information before placing your orders.

Prince’s, at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. The purchaser or user assumes, without limitation, all risk for any loss or damage arising out of the use of this service.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancelled before 2 working days from the date of delivery. 80% of order value. 20% of order value.
Order cancelled before 1 working day from the date of delivery. 50% of order value. 50% of order value.
Order cancelled on the date of delivery. No Refund. 100% of order value.

** No refund will be given if the delivery could not be done due to incorrect address or contact number of recipient given by the customer.

Flowers/Gifts will be delivered anytime between the selected delivery time (Free Delivery/Special Delivery/Express Delivery).

Customer's or Recipient's request to be delivered before or after within selected specific time will be accepted only after receiving additional $20.00 as delivery charge.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.

* For Residential address including Private apartments, the order will be brought back (If found unsafe) or left at the doorstep.

*For Offices or Hotels, order will be left at the reception counter.

Re-delivery on same day to same or new address will be done after receiving $10.00 as redelivery charge from the customer. This happens when the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and unreachable through phone.

Perishable items like Cakes will be taken out from the other items in the order as they are not advisable to keep for long hours. If customer wishes to replace with new cake, he/she will be charged for the cake. Delivery is confirmed only after the payment accepted.

Re-Delivery after 1 working day will be done only after receiving 80% of order value as flowers has to be replaced with new fresh flowers. If plush toys or Wines or other gifts (Excluding Cakes) are included in the order then 60% of the order value will be charged.
